I am a Sales Director specialising in new homes, with extensive experience leading sales strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction in the residential property market. I thrive on building strong client relationships, developing high-performing sales teams, and creating tailored marketing and sales plans that bring new housing developments to market successfully.

My role bridges land acquisition, planning, and design, allowing me to bring forward high-quality, sustainable residential schemes. I thrive on identifying sites with strong potential, managing planning applications, and overseeing technical aspects to ensure developments are both commercially viable and deliverable.

My role involves overseeing financial planning, monitoring cash flow, and working closely with operational teams to provide clear insights that support decision-making and growth

Working closely with planners, and technical teams to design our housing projects that not only meet regulations but also enhance communities. My focus is on blending creativity with practicality, ensuring every project delivers value for both residents and stakeholders.

Supporting the Finance Director and wider team to ensure budgets are monitored, invoices are processed accurately, and financial records are kept up to date.
