A site originally designated for commercial use has been transformed into a boutique luxury housing estate. HJK Construction has officially launched its latest development, Bentley Gardens, located on the border of Lowercroft and Walshaw. Although the land was initially allocated for commercial units, HJK successfully applied for a change of use and secured planning permission to create residential housing. The result is a thoughtfully designed, small-scale estate of premium homes.
